Arrival / Departure
- Typical arrival day: Friday during high season, with the additional option of Monday outwith this period. More flexible arrangements considered on request.
- Arrival time: 4pm
- Departure time: 10am
- Large access hall and formal dining space with large refectory table seating 10 comfortably but can seat up to 12 guests.
- Kitchen with integrated units with granite work surfaces, Cookmaster oven with two ovens and separate grill, 5 ring electric ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, wine fridge, fridge. Dining area with seating for 8 guests. Side door leads onto a patio and large enclosed lawned garden.
- Living room is the original gingan, with 2 large sofas and armchairs, Smart TV and wood burner (logs provided).
- Hallway leads to a large utility room/boot room with condensing washer/dryer, freezer and sink.
- Cloakroom with basin and WC.
- Bedroom one super king bed, side tables, dressing table, chest of drawers, floor to ceiling window with views over the garden, separate walk-in wardrobe/dressing room with plenty of hanging space and storage.
- En suite bathroom with bath, large walk-in shower, heated towel rail, basin and WC.
- Bedroom two with zip and link beds which can be configured to a 6′ super king bed or 3′ twin beds, side tables with storage, chest of drawers.

A travel cot and highchair can be provided on request. - DOGS
Two dogs are welcome with a charge of £20 per dog. Dogs are not permitted upstairs, in the bedrooms or on the furniture. An outside tap is available. Please note that the area around the house is farmland and it is essential that dogs are well controlled and kept on leads to ensure they do not present any hazard to farm animals. - GUEST AMENITIES
Bed linen and towels are provided along with hand soaps and shower gel. A hairdryer is provided in each bedroom. - WI-FI & MOBILE COVERAGE
Beamed Wi-Fi with good speeds. Mobile reception variable inside the property depending on the network but this improves immediately outside. - HEATING
There is heating throughout fed by an efficient Ground Source Heat Pump system which is more environmentally friendly than oil and classed as renewable technology. The property is well insulated. Underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. Wood burner in the sitting room – logs supplied.
